Digital products
All items in this shop are digital crochet patterns (PDF files). No physical products will be shipped.
No refunds or returns
Due to the digital nature of the products, all sales are final. Once the purchase is completed and the download link is provided, no refunds, cancellations, or exchanges are possible.
Right of withdrawal
According to EU law, digital products would normally be subject to a right of withdrawal. However, this right expires as soon as the download has begun.
By purchasing, you expressly agree that:

you lose your right of withdrawal once the digital content has been made available to you,

If you experience any problems with your download (e.g., corrupted file, missing link), please contact me via email (see Contact/Imprint). I will make sure you receive your pattern.
