​Subject of the contract

This online shop offers digital crochet patterns (PDF files) for sale. The patterns are delivered as downloadable files only, not as physical products.

Conclusion of contract

By clicking the “Buy now” button you place a binding order. The purchase contract is concluded when the payment is successfully completed.

Delivery

After successful payment, you will immediately receive access to the digital product. A download link will be provided on the confirmation page and/or via email.

Prices and payment methods

All prices displayed include applicable taxes. Payments can be made through the payment methods offered in the checkout process (e.g., PayPal, credit card).

All prices shown are final prices. According to § 6 Abs. 1 Z 27 UStG (Austrian small business regulation), no VAT is charged and no VAT is displayed on invoices.

Right of withdrawal

For digital content, the right of withdrawal expires once the download has begun. By purchasing, you expressly agree that the withdrawal period ends as soon as the digital product is made available.

Copyright and usage rights

All crochet patterns are protected by copyright. They are intended for personal use only.

 

  • You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, share, or publish the patterns.

  • Finished products made with the patterns may not be sold without prior written permission from the author.

Liability

The patterns are created with great care. However, I am not liable for any damages caused by improper use of the instructions.

Governing law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the law of Austria.
