Delivery time
Your purchased patterns are available for instant download immediately after payment. A download link will appear on the confirmation page and will also be sent to your email address.
Shipping costs
Since the products are digital, there are no shipping fees.
Problems with download
If you encounter any issues accessing your files, please contact me via email (see Contact/Imprint). I will make sure you receive your pattern.
